For the first time in more than 30 years, Travis County Precinct 4 has a new commissioner. Former Travis County Constable George Morales beat Susanna Ledesma-Woody, a Del Valle ISD school board trustee. No Republicans ran for the seat, which covers parts of South and Southeast Travis County. [KUT]
Fans Want To Save Alamo Drafthouse After Mobile Ordering Directive
A petition with thousands of signatures has cropped up in the months following Alamo Drafthouse’s announcement that the theater would allow mobile ordering.
