Austin City Council members this week approved a roughly $1.7 million contract to add street lighting to 13 intersections throughout town to increase visibility. [City of Austin]
🚀 SpaceX Just Bought a Piece of UT
The University of Texas Board of Regents has approved the sale of a building on its UT Rio Grande Valley campus in Brownsville to Elon Musk’s SpaceX. The company has already been using the building, through a partnership with the university, and built a multistory rocket on the property. [KVUE]
